rapidly expanding space economy require India to deregulate the space sector
for private players for following reasons
1) Private sector can support role of ISRO in its core missions of space
exploration by developing payloads, lauch vehicles etc.2) It's important for capacity building, innovation and investment in the space sector
3) Delegating routine work to private players will reduce time for future missions of ISRO
4) Alternative space assets of private entities can be used in case of emergency
